EXCEPTIONAL

A bit about Alexandra

Alexandra has called the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta home for over a decade. She has over 20 years of client centered management and luxury sales experience; however, her long time love for real estate comes from years of watching and being involved in real estate transactions with her family from New York to Florida. It was a natural progression for her to fall into the world of real estate as a dedicated and full time real estate agent.

It is Alexandra’s occupational pride to put the client relationship above all else. It’s her steady belief that healthy and honest relationships are the foundation of great experiences; therefore, she runs her business with this fundamental principle in mind.

It wasn’t enough to partner with Georgia’s oldest and largest real estate firm. It’s the story behind the Harry Norman brand that reflects Alexandras own credo. Its the client-focused representation that was Mrs. Harry Normans driving force in the founding of the firm that spoke to Alexandras career long determination to provide excellent customer service, despite the price point!

Representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, in both commercial and residential real estate - Alexandra works seamlessly through all real estate transactions. She is constantly surrounding herself with the best in the industry, in every facet of the real estate network. Without interruption, Alexandra remains knowledgeable on the ever evolving real estate laws as well as rules and regulations that help to govern real estate transactions and serve to protect all the players involved. Her dedication to her clients goes beyond expectations.

Alexandra and her girls are active in the arts. Both girls dance, with her oldest dancing in the Atlanta Ballet's Preprofessional division. Alexandra not only volunteers her time, but also graciously gives charitable donations throughout the year. She is a firm believer in the value of contributing time, monetary donations as well as gifts in kind to the arts.

Alexandra is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the Atlanta Association of Realtors.

“As a native of New York, I first fell in love with real estate watching my parents turn around their first major real estate project in the highly sought after neighborhood of Park Slope in Brooklyn, New York. From the beginning, I knew, there was something incredible about the business of real estate. I love people, and I love real estate. In this day and age where so much of the face to face interactions are being replaced by industry disruptors, its important to me to be that professional that finds value in preserving traditional, face-to-face interactions, with the utmost care.”

Sandy Springs

Sandy Springs is a city in its own right, with a population exceeding 100,000, but it is dwarfed by Atlanta to the south and is considered a suburb of the larger city. As cities go, it is relatively young, and it feels somewhat shiny and new, with abundant development underway. Its cost of living index is 137 on a national scale of 100, and the rest of Georgia scores 93. Median home price is almost three times the state average, but average rent charged is just over the state norm.

Virginia Highland

Virginia-Highland is a chic and popular close-in neighborhood known for its nightlife as much as for its updated and upscale homes. It has the same vibe as Buckhead, and a number of Atlanta's choice restaurants and bars are located along Highland Avenue.
